We are very hands on and every student is important to us. While we provide the tools, guidance and opportunities to help our students succeed, ultimately it is their journey to shape their own careers. What do you look for when you audition students?
“Some of the main qualities we look for during our auditions are enthusiasm, positivity and a willingness to give anything a go. Of course, we are also looking for exceptional talent; however, any potential student who demonstrates passion, drive and a genuine desire to learn will always be strongly considered.
We pride ourselves on preparing students to become industry-ready professionals, so our best advice to anyone considering auditioning for ED5INTERNATIONAL is simple: be yourself and let your uniqueness shine through.”

What skills and experience can students expect to leave a course at ED5INTERNATIONAL with?
“ED5INTERNATIONAL students graduate as fully rounded, industry-ready professionals. Our training is comprehensive in dancing, singing and acting, and just as importantly, in presentation, professionalism and resilience.
The course provides students with the opportunity to audition for some of Sydney’s foremost performance talent agents, enabling them to obtain professional representation upon graduating. In addition, by the end of the course, graduates will have completed two terms of mock auditions with the Directors of ED5 and other industry professionals.
If you are not competent and confident in audition situations, you may never work as a performer, regardless of how talented you are. We see audition technique as one of the greatest assets our students gain from the course, and we are very proud that each year many of our students secure professional performance contracts to commence immediately after graduating.”
